As many of you know several counties in Kentucky recently had some very severe weather. On February 5th, the Muhlenberg County Animal Shelter''s outside kennels and eight dog houses were completely destroyed. Thankfully the main building didn''t suffer damage and all the animals survived the storm.

Habitat for Hounds stepped in to aid the shelter and sent a $500.00 donation to replace the eight dog houses that were destroyed. Any of the funds remaining will be used for much needed supplies. Always remember, during severe weather, the animals need our help too.
